The applicants claim that the Court should annul the EU Council decision dated March 5 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine, as amended by Council decision dated April 14, 2014 and Council Regulation (EU) dated March 5 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) dated April 14.

In support of the action, the applicants rely on seven pleas in law.
