KIEV, Aug. 4 – President Petro Poroshenko has abolished various privileges for retired top military and civilian officials.

A presidential decree entitled "Declaration of Some Decrees of the President of Ukraine as Null and Void" targeted retired generals and former officials with the rank of state counsel of justice.
