KIEV, Aug. 4 - Vitmark-Ukraine (the Jaffa, Nash Sik and Prosto Frukty brands) expects that juice production will considerably fall due to the decision of the Russian consumer protection watchdog Rospobtrebnadzor to ban imports of juice from Ukraine to Russia.
"In H1, 2014, our enterprise exported 1.6 million liters of juice to Russia. In H2, 2014, we planned to export the same amount of products to Russia, although the general ban on imports of Ukrainian juice to Russia stops exports of juice made by our enterprise. This will result in the large decline in production and tax payments," the company told Interfax-Ukraine.
