KIEV, July 31 - The government will resubmit its crucial energy sector measures for approval by Parliament next month after they were rejected by lawmakers on Thursday, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.

The measures include a bill allowing creation of a consortium with U.S. or European Union energy companies to manage the country’s vast natural gas pipeline and storage network.
