KIEV, July 29 – International donor organizations are mulling the possibility of providing financial assistance to help Ukraine implement reforms, Dmitry Shymkiv, deputy head of the Presidential Administration, said at a briefing in Kiev.
"Donor organizations are discussing [the issue of the allocation of funds], and they are ready to provide funds on the creation of such an organization [as the National Council of Reforms] in the shortest term. They will be founders, and the state will not be a founder," he said.
