KIEV, Dec. 14 ??“ XXI Century, a Ukrainian real estate investment company, announced Tuesday the offering price of its shares for the alternative investments market of London Stock Exchange will be $10.40 each, giving it a market capitalization of $370 mln.

The total sum of the initial public offering, or IPO, by XXI Century Company is $121 mln, taking into account the offering price, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
