KIEV, July 28 – As many as 1,129 civilians have been killed and 3,442 injured in Ukraine since the beginning of the anti-separatist operation in mid-April 2014 until July 26, according to a UN report.
"Based on the best data available, conservative estimates by the Human Rights Mission and the World Health Organization put the number of those who have been killed from mid-April to July 15 as 1,000 people. As of July 26, at least 1,129 people have been killed and 3,442 wounded," reads the latest UN report covering the period of June 8 to July 15, 2014, which was issued by the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) on Monday.
