KIEV, Dec. 14 - Ukraine will hold within two months its first tender to sell licenses for oil and gas exploration in the Kerch sector of the Black Sea shelf, a news agency reported citing the government.

The Kerch Strait divides Ukraine's autonomous area of the Crimea and the Russian Taman peninsula.
