KIEV, July 17 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised its outlooks for the cities Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk to stable from negative, according to a press release of the agency.

According to the agency, the outlook was revised after the same rating action on Ukraine.

The 'CCC' long-term issuer credit rating of Kiev was affirmed. S&P affirmed 'CCC' long-term issuer credit and 'uaB-' Ukraine national scale ratings on Dnipropetrovsk.
