KIEV, Dec. 13 - TNK-BP, Russian oil major, started construction of a wastewater purification facility at its Linos oil refinery in Ukraine, TNK-BP's Ukrainian subsidiary said in a statement Tuesday.

The facility, worth $9 mln, is expected to be completed in 2006. The new facility will handle purification of all wastewater circulating at the refinery, which would allow to widely reuse and recycle water in its operation, the company said.
