KIEV, July 15 – Mobile communications have been restored in Sloviansk (Donetsk region), and work is underway to repair the electricity supply network in the town, the Donetsk Regional State Administration reported.

Power has already been restored in seven districts of the town.

"The residents of Sloviansk are returning to their homes. The task that we set to ourselves is to open kindergartens and schools by September 1," the press service quoted Deputy Sloviansk Mayor Oleksandr Samsonov as saying on Monday.
