MOSCOW, July 14 – The United States doesn't advise the Ukrainian authorities on how to conduct its anti-terrorist operation in southeastern Ukraine, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.

"When some people say that U.S. orders us what to do in our country, it doesn't even make me smile anymore," he said in an interview with the Kommersant newspaper.
