KIEV, July 14 - EnergoAtom has signed a new five-sided memorandum on joint actions to achieve a zero failure rate of nuclear fuel, a new member of which became Russia's Rosenergoatom.

EnergoAtom noted that the project participants, in addition to the Ukrainian company, are OAO TVEL (Russia), Kozloduy NPP (Bulgaria), and CEZ (the Czech Republic).
