LONDON, July 11 – Ukraine's cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and other international financial organizations allows assessing risks of restructuring the country's foreign debt in the near term at small, Credit Suisse Emerging Market Economics Research group Director Sergei Voloboyev said.
"This year the risks of restructuring are very small, as one is not expecting that the program will be a failure this year. Even if the program is to be expanded with additional financing I think that the [IMF] and its key shareholders will do this," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
