KIEV, July 4 - Ukraine will cut natural gas consumption by 20%, or by 6 billion cubic meters, in order to survive the winter without Russian gas supplies, Andriy Kobolev, the head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, said Friday.

Naftogaz will shortly begin a massive campaign in the media to outline the gas saving measures and to instruct the people on gas saving tricks.
