KIEV, June 27 – Authorities of Russian-occupied Crimea have decided to nationalize OJSC Feodosia Morye Shipyard, a Ukrainian producer of hovercraft.

A source in the defense sector told Interfax-Ukraine that the decision was made by the Council of Crimea on Wednesday.

The property manager of Morye Shipyard, which has been under readjustment since 2008, a senior partner of Ilyashev & Partners law firm, Roman Marchenko, confirmed the information from unofficial sources, adding that no one has seen the official document.
