KIEV, June 26 – The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to upgrade the state border with Russia, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Ostap Semerak said.

"At the today's cabinet meeting the government decided to upgrade the state border," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.

Semerak did not announce the core of the document, referring to the fact that the document is under seal.
