IVANO-FRANKIVSK, June 25 – Finland is expecting that the interest of its businessmen in Ukraine will increase after the signing of the economic part of the Association Agreement with the European Union on June 27, 2014.
"You know that on Friday [June 27] the Association Agreement with the European Union will be signed, its economic part will be signed, and we expect that the interest of our businessmen in Ukraine will grow," Finnish Ambassador to Ukraine Arja Makkonen said at a meeting with Governor of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Administration Andriy Trotsenko in Ivano-Frankivsk on Tuesday.
She said that at present, the main investment of Finland in Ukraine is focused in the eastern part and around Kiev.
