KIEV, Dec. 9 ??“ The Transport and Communication Ministry, the State Service for aviation security and AeroSvit airlines have signed a memorandum on the settlement of all existing disputes regarding the rights of AeroSvit and its subsidiary, AeroSvit Terminal, to property and land plots that border the territory of Boryspil airport.

"The signing of the memorandum will help to create a competitive main transit airport, based in Boryspil, more quickly," reads a statement released by the Transport and Communication Ministry, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
