KIEV, June 11 – Lawmakers have proposed mechanisms for creating a free economic zone and doing business in Crimea.
Draft law No. 4032-a on the tax and customs oversight in the free economic zone of Crimea and the specifics of carrying out economic operations on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine was registered by Serhiy Teriokhin, Ksenia Liapina (the Batkivschyna faction) and Vitaliy Nemylostyvy (not a member of any faction).
According to an explanatory note to the draft, since the beginning of the temporary occupation of administrative territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city by the foreign aggressor the questions regarding the way of evacuating citizens and business have appeared.
