KIEV, June 4 – Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak has asked the International Finance Corporation to consider financing of projects on the replacement of consumption of natural gas with coal in Ukraine.

The proposal was announced at a meeting with IFC Vice President Dimitris Tsitsiragos.

Shlapak also proposed that IFC will participate in the projects on the construction of plants that recycle various types of waste in Ukraine.
