KIEV, Dec. 8 ??“ Major Ukrainian spirits producer Soyuz-Victan Company plans to enter the international financial markets through attracting foreign bank credits and, possibly by releasing eurobonds.

"The company is looking for opportunities to enter the international capital markets," the chairman of the company's supervisory council, Andriy Okhlopkov told the press on Monday.
