KIEV, May 27 – The Cabinet of Ministers has ordered Naftogaz Ukrainy and the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry to attract skilled and professional advisors to protect the rights and interests of the state during settling the dispute with Russia's OJSC Gazprom.
The instruction is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 128 of May 7, 2014 posted on the government's Web site.
The cabinet also excepted Naftogaz Ukrayiny from the operation of cabinet resolution No. 899 of October 3, 2012, which bans state companies from spending funds on information, consultation, audit and consulting services without the approved annual financial plan.
