KIEV, May 21 – The European Investment Bank, the Infrastructure Ministry and the State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) have signed an agreement on the provision of a EUR 55 million loan by the EIB to build the Beskydsky railway tunnel, the ministry reported.

The ministry said that the guarantee agreement was signed by Infrastructure Minister Maksym Burbak and Head of the representative office of the EIB in Ukraine Lilia Cherniavska, while the financial agreement was signed by Ukrzaliznytsia Director General Borys Ostapiuk and Cherniavska.
