KIEV, May 19 – European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has announced the Ukrainian government's intention to create a coordination agency for overseeing assistance from Europe.

"I have a feeling that the cooperation with Ukraine is moving to a new stage, and in this respect I would like to mention one important thing that we are united in our persistent desire to help Ukraine, and we are determined to help Ukraine today and in the future," he told journalists in Kiev on Friday.
