MOSCOW, Dec. 6 - The Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency (Rosatom) is planning to raise the question of changing the pricing system of uranium fuel deliveries between the TVEL corporation and its Ukrainian partners, a high-ranking Rosatom official has told Interfax.

TVEL is importing uranium from Ukraine at world market prices, but is selling fuel elements to Ukrainian nuclear power stations managed by EnergoAtom corporation at a discounted rate, he said.
