KIEV, Dec. 6 ??“ Russia will take its natural gas dispute with Ukraine to the European Union on Wednesday when Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov arrives in Brussels for talks with EU officials, a Russian official said.

Russia has been warning repeatedly over the past three weeks that a failure to resolve the dispute by the end of the year may result in interruptions of Russian natural gas supplies to Europe.
