KIEV, April 28 – PrivatBank has said that it is impossible to continue operating in Crimea and asked its clients to sign a petition appealing to Russian President Vladimir Putin to treat its clients in a civilized way.

"We ask you to help PrivatBank to fulfill its liabilities to clients in Crimea… Permit Bank of Moscow or any other Russian bank to become the successor of the infrastructure, assets and liabilities of PrivatBank in Crimea," reads the petition published on April 25.
