KIEV, Dec. 6 ??“ The Kiev court of appeal on Tuesday ruled to suspend last month??™s district court ruling that reinstated Sviatoskav Piskun on the position of the prosecutor general, the Justice Ministry said.

The development may help to bring to an end a legal clash in Ukraine when two officials had been claiming the same position of the prosecutor general.
