KIEV, April 24 - The International Monetary Fund plans on April 30 to decide on whether to approve a loan to Ukraine, IMF official representative Gerry Rice said.

"We are in the process of completing the steps necessary for the board consideration, which is tentatively planned for April 30," he said at a press briefing in Washington.
