KIEV, April 14 – China has expressed hope that the implementation of the Air Express national project in Ukraine will be accelerated and assured that the country will fulfill all liabilities it has taken, Ukraine's State Agency for Investment and National Project Management reported.

This was discussed at a meeting with State Agency head Serhiy Yevtushenko and Air Express Project head Andriy Haluschak with Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Zhang Xiyun.
