KIEV, Dec. 5 ??“ The Cabinet of Ministers will soon place Naftogaz Ukrayiny and the Energy Company of Ukraine (ECU) under the authority of the Fuel and Energy Ministry, First Deputy Prime Minister Stanislav Stashevsky said.

"Such companies as Naftogaz Ukrayiny and the Energy Company of Ukraine will be on the agenda of the Monday meeting of a government committee and will be placed under the authority of the Fuel and Energy Ministry under laws in effect," Stashevsky said following a Cabinet meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.
