KIEV, April 8 – The issue of the future development and property of Chornomornaftogaz in Crimea should be settled via negotiations with Russia and at international courts with mediation of the European Union or the United States, presidential candidate and former Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boyko said.
"This is an issue for the Justice Ministry, which is to start negotiation with Russia," he told reporters on Monday.
Boyko noted that the Black Sea shelf is one of the main reserves of Ukraine for the increase of gas extraction.
