WARSAW, Dec. 2 - Sarmatia, the joint Polish-Ukrainian venture behind the Odessa-Brody project to transport Caspian oil to Europe, will talk to potential investors, including U.S. parties, after presenting a business plan on Dec. 20, Sarmatia General Director Cezary Filipowicz told reporters.
"There have been talks with various companies, including the American companies, but no details were agreed because these companies want to see the business plan, which is going to be presented by consultants on Dec. 20," Filipowicz said during a sector conference.
