KIEV, April 1 - Ukraine is not planning to denounce its four agreements with Russia on the Black Sea Fleet, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said.
"In international judicial practice, such actions (unilateral denunciation by the State Duma of the bilateral agreements) are unacceptable; such actions are not recognized by international courts. We, for our part, shall not denounce any of these agreements," he said at a briefing in Kiev on Tuesday.
On March 31 the Duma passed a law denouncing the Russian-Ukrainian agreements over the Black Sea Fleet.
