KIEV, March 28 - If in the coming days the Ukrainian parliament adopts the necessary bills, Ukraine's transition to the second phase of implementation of the action plan on visa regime liberalization with the European Union could be announced on April 2, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry says.

"A meeting of senior officials within the Ukraine-EU visa-free dialogue took place in Kiev on March 26 this year," the director of the information policy department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yevhen Perebyinis, said at a briefing in Kiev.
