MOSCOW, March 21 - The so-called Kharkiv agreements with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych shall be denounced, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Russian Security Council.
In his words, Russia had lost $11 billion in profit.
"I think it would be absolutely lawful to ask for the compensation of these funds from the Ukrainian budget, which can be done by juridical procedure, proceeding from the norms of the would-be-denounced agreement," Medvedev suggested.
