KIEV, March 21 - Ukraine's Constitutional Court has ruled unconstitutional a resolution by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on the declaration of independence of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol of March 11, 2014.
The court made such a decision on March 20 and officially published it on Friday.
The resolution by the Crimean Supreme Council on the declaration of independence of Crimea and Sevastopol of March 11 was declared unconstitutional and loses effect from the date of adoption of this decision by the Constitution Court.
