KIEV, March 18 – The Infrastructure Ministry plans to return to the realization of a project on the creation of a Ukrainian-Czech joint venture of Zaporizhia Electric Locomotive Repair Plant and Skoda Transportation for the production of locomotives, Minister Maksym Burbak said at a briefing in Kiev.

"The project will move, but after political and economic stability is restored in the country," he said.

Burbak said that earlier in the draft regulations of the JV the third party appeared, which is not in line with preliminary agreements, and the ministry plans to clarify the situation.
