KIEV, March 12 – The shortage of funds for conducting the spring sowing campaign in 2014 is estimated at UAH 8 billion, the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry reported.

"Ukrainian farmers have more than 80% of funds for conducting the spring sowing campaign. The shortage of funds of UAH 8 billion will be covered using borrowed funds, including with the help of bank and commercial credits," reads the report.
