KIEV, Nov. 30 ??“ Intel Corporation and the Institute of Telecommunication Systems of the National Technical University of Ukraine at Kiev Polytechnic Institute have signed a memorandum on cooperation aimed at opening a Wireless Development Center in Kiev based on university facilities.

As the company last week, the center will provide personnel and design support to Ukrainian telecommunications companies, help develop wireless technologies, and expand this segment of the telecommunications market.
