KIEV, Feb. 26 - Ukraine will be ready to resume a full-fledged bilateral dialogue in the Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission's institutions as soon as the new Ukrainian government is formed, the Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
"We reaffirm our loyalty to Ukrainian-Russian relations on a brand new, truly equal and neighborly basis, which has been emphasized in the address of Acting Ukrainian President, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov to the people of Ukraine," the ministry stressed.
