KIEV, Feb. 25 - A government of popular confidence cannot include people on the list of Ukraine's richest citizens, or executive agency employees, or members of the presidential administration since the beginning 2010, according to the set of criteria formulated by Maidan activists.
"The other criteria include experience of working in a specific sector for at least seven years, except the Interior Ministry and the Security Service; experience of holding managerial posts for at least five years, a complete lack of involvement in human rights abuses in corrupt deals," the circle of Maidan activists, known as the People's Trust Kolo, said in a statement.
