KIEV, Feb. 24 - U.S. President Barack Obama's national security advisor, Susan Rice, has said that the United States supports Ukrainian people and wants to see a democratic election and formation of a coalition government in the country.

Voice of America in Ukraine reported that, appearing on U.S. television on Sunday, she said that the United States jointly with the International Monetary Fund will provide financial aid to Ukraine to save its economy, which is very weak and requires reforms.
