KIEV, Feb. 18 – Alfa-Bank (Kiev) says it has temporarily decreased the daily limit for cash withdrawals from cards due to increased cases of cyber-fraudsters using skimming at ATMs of various banks in Kiev city and region.

"The decrease of the daily limits for cash withdrawal is a temporary measure, which affects only 1.5% of all of the cards of the bank. This percentage of cards is in the zone of risk linked to the stirring up of cyber-fraudsters using skimming at ATMs of various banks," a representative of the bank said.
