KIEV, Feb. 17 – The state debt management program for 2014 approved by the Ukrainian Finance Ministry on February 14, 2014 foresees foreign borrowing of UAH 52.18 billion, taking into account borrowing for the special fund, while earlier the government had said that it plans to raise $12 billion (UAH 103.6 billion under the current exchange rate) from Russia.
According to the document published by the ministry, the share of foreign borrowing will be 31.9% this year, while the share of domestic borrowing will be 68.1%, which is UAH 113.32 billion.
