KIEV, Feb. 13 - The Praktiker Group, the operator of the German Praktiker DIY construction materials hypermarket chain, has sold its subsidiary in Ukraine, reads a posting on the Web site of the Praktiker Group.

Praktiker's insolvency administrator Christopher Seagon announced the finalization of the deal on February 11, 2014.

The investor is obliged to take responsibility for all four hypermarkets in Ukraine and around 380 employees.
