KIEV, Jan. 27 - Ukraine and an ExxonMobil-led consortium plan to sign production sharing agreement on tapping a Black Sea natural gas field in February, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said Monday.

The agreement was originally expected to be signed in November 2013, but had been later postponed until January 2014 due to undisclosed reasons.

“We will sign the deal in February,” Stavytskiy told reporters. “ExxonMobil president visited Kiev last week.”
