KIEV, Jan. 21 – Cypriot Komisiano Investments Ltd., founded in 2012 by Vadim Novinsky, could acquire 100% of Cypriot Withine Investments Ltd., receiving control over Ukrainian BM Bank (Kiev).

According to a report of the Commission for the Protection of Competition of Serbia, Komisiano Investments was permitted to acquire 100% of Withine Investments.
