BERLIN, Jan. 20 - The creation of the Black Sea Grain Committee by Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan will make it possible to increase these three countries' share of world grain exports to 30% from the current 20%, Russian Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov believes.
"We, the three countries, can achieve a 30% share of world grain exports through the grain pool," Fyodorov said at a press conference in Berlin on Friday evening.
